When the chain plate is started, it is necessary to ensure that the drive mechanism starts with no load. Since a considerable amount of acceleration is required when starting up, if there is material on the chain plates at that time, problems such as gear slippage and excessive motor load may occur. Make sure the materials on the chain plate are emptied as well when shutting down. When multiple levels of chain plates are in operation, the sequence for opening them should be to lift the last level first, and then proceed forward one by one. The shutdown sequence is the opposite.
