Has anyone used LabVIEW for control purposes?

Recently, my team developed a set of wireless measurement and control devices, using LabVIEW DSC for configuration – it’s really useful! ! ! I wonder if others have used this method. In our facility, 80% of the process control is carried out using high-end devices such as PLCs and DCSes as digital displays. There isn’t much that can be truly controlled; the PLC is used to control devices such as fans and compressors, while for everything else, operators manually adjust valves by monitoring the parameters. LabVIEW can fully meet these requirements.

I haven’t used it before. Could you give me a detailed introduction?
