The medium leaks in strands at the stuffing box plunger, resulting in insufficient flow; the stuffing gland is properly tightened. Is this due to failed packing or blockage by impurities at the outlet?

For the worm gear type, I think it’s related to the outlet check valve; either I need to tighten the cover, or improvements are necessary
