As the title suggests, SW6 is commonly used for strength calculations in the design process. My colleagues all say that the margin of safety provided by the calculations using SW6 is sufficient, so there is no need to increase the safety factor further; There is a question: 1. For example, the allowable stress of S30408 at low temperatures is 137 Mpa; then does its strength remain unchanged at -10°C and -196°C? Why are the calculated values the same? 2. Also, it seems that 137 Mpa doesn’t have an additional safety factor.
. . . . There’s no change; go and check the value of 150. For low temperatures, it’s necessary to use a value of 20 degrees based on profits, and this has nothing to do with the software at all
