Liquid level measurement in the hydrogen stripping reflux tank

The liquid level in the hydrogen stripping reflux tank is zero for a long time, as indicated by the on-site remote monitoring. The on-site gauge is a glass plate level gauge. Telemetry is a buoy. Pressure: 5 kilograms, range: 1 meter; medium: naphtha, hydrogen sulfide, with high ammonia content. Crystallization has occurred above the level gauge on site; it has been dealt with, but there is still no liquid level. Telecommunication uses external floating tanks. The reflux pump has not been emptied yet. What’s going on here?
Check whether the insulation and heating system are in good condition, and whether the sampling short pipe at the lower part is blocked
The lower part is normal and very clean. Has the check valve in front become clogged?
There is a high level of ammonia salts; it’s likely that the one-way valve is blocked. Ensure proper insulation to allow the ammonia salts to vaporize.
Use a screwdriver to push on the float inside from below, and check whether the remote display shows anything. If it does, then the gauge is fine; check the operating conditions
