Questions regarding the total expansion capacity of the edible soybean oil tank

Dear colleagues, we plan to add a few more tanks to the existing soybean oil storage area. After checking the fire separation requirements, it was found that there is sufficient distance around them. However, according to code 50016 for building fire protection design, the maximum capacity for Class C storage areas is 25,000 cubic meters. The total capacity of the tanks in our current storage area is 24,600 cubic meters, and the combined capacity of the 7 additional tanks we want to add is 1,600 cubic meters, which exceeds this limit. Is there any way to resolve this issue? Thank you
If this value is exceeded, there are only two options: 1 is to reduce the volume. 2 is implemented in accordance with petrochemical regulations.
