There is a reaction in which urea reacts with diethyl sulfate; the temperature of diethyl sulfate is raised to 90 degrees, and urea is added in batches. The reaction requires an anaerobic and anhydrous environment. So how is urea added? For the hanging bin and feeding bin, first add the solid material into the sealed hanging bin; then transport the hanging bin to its designated position, open the discharge valve so that the solid material falls into the reaction apparatus, close the discharge valve, and use an inert gas to purge the bin and the hanging bin.
The main concern is that the steam from the pot might rise along with the materials added; that stuff is toxic and poses an explosion risk

1. The tank for adding urea must first be purged with nitrogen to ensure it is suitable. 2. Add urea to the tank that has been properly purged with nitrogen. 3. Replace with nitrogen again to confirm compliance. 4. Pressurize the nitrogen to 1 to 2 kilograms higher than the pressure in the receiving tank, then stop filling with nitrogen. 5. Open the urea bottom valve. 6. After adding the urea, close the urea bottom valve under a nitrogen-filled environment. 7. The urea tank is pressurized with nitrogen pending feeding.
