When saturated steam is used as power steam and passes through the ejector nozzle, its pressure decreases – how does its temperature change? Will it turn into superheated steam?
It depends on the difference between the work done on the outside and the work done due to expansion. Similar to steam turbine generators, it is common to properly superheat the exhaust steam in order to reduce transmission losses in the subsequent pipelines. But it won’t overheat by much either; if it overheats significantly, add water to the pipeline to lower the temperature.
