What kind of legs are suitable for large-diameter (5m) vertical tanks?

Colleagues, there is a vertical storage tank with a diameter of 5 meters and a cylinder length of 2.5 meters; it has an elliptical nozzle. Is it necessary to use a skirt? The customer requests legs; how should they be calculated or selected?
