The saturated vapor pressure of water at 45 degrees is 9.6 kPa, and at 95 degrees it is 84.6 kPa. It is possible to operate under either of these two pressures: in one case, the superheated steam at 95 degrees is first cooled to 45 degrees, and then condensed into liquid water at 45 degrees ; The other is to condense 95-degree saturated steam into 95-degree liquid water, then cool it to 45 degrees ; This requires a condenser and a cooler. Generally speaking, it is reasonable to operate at a pressure of 84.6 kPa.
The saturated vapor pressure of water vapor at 95 degrees is taken as 0.1 Pa. Therefore, the design pressure is determined based on normal pressure and negative pressure conditions. Negative pressure occurs when steam condenses into condensate water, causing the pressure to drop significantly to a negative level.
