The material of the first-stage power wave is fiberglass reinforced plastic. The current outlet temperature is 71.6 degrees, while the interlock temperature with the fan is 72 degrees. We would like to raise this temperature further; I’m not sure what the heat resistance temperature of fiberglass reinforced plastic is What temperature range is safe?
Glass fiber reinforced plastic isn’t heat-resistant; carbon bricks need to be used as an inner lining. In our case, the temperature of the power waves generally does not exceed 65 degrees. If the temperature is too high for an extended period, the material is prone to breaking
It generally does not exceed 75 degrees, with a heat resistance temperature of 80 degrees.

The same resin has different temperature resistance in different media (it can resist corrosion only below certain temperatures). Generally, if a resin is used for power waves that is phenolic-epoxy-modified vinyl resin, its temperature resistance can reach 120~150°C (under gaseous conditions). A higher exit temperature of the power wave indicates a problem with it; instead of increasing the temperature setting, it is necessary to carry out maintenance. It is also possible that there is a leak somewhere in the boiler or similar equipment (this should be determined by considering whether the temperature at the inlet of the electrostatic precipitator has increased).
