How to protect the boiler during shutdown? Dry protection, wet protection? Does the boiler water need to be replaced regularly? Are there any standards or guidelines to follow? 75-ton medium-pressure boiler
How long is the shutdown time? Is a generator set available? Are there any requirements regarding start and stop times?
It stops for over half a year each year; power generation still occurs, and starting and stopping it is mainly for emergency purposes.
It is best not to shut down the boiler (unless under special circumstances); the cost of shutting it down for a few days before restarting it is very high, and it will take a long time to get the boiler running again
