Which type of rubber is suitable for frequent deformation?

I need to create a structure in which a large clip is used outside the rubber hose to control its flow – the clip opens when flow is allowed, and it closes around the hose to stop the flow. Since this action needs to be performed frequently, four or five times per minute, I would like to know what material would be suitable for this purpose. Thank you everyone.
Inside, dry powder cement is used, with a pressure of less than 0.6 Mpa. Now I want to use polyurethane; I’m not sure if that’s possible
The valve spool of pinch valves is usually made of fluororubber; yours should be similar

Also, after reading your reply, I suddenly wondered whether the material used for airbags could be used as well. I originally planned to use polyurethane; I’m not sure which is more suitable compared to fluororubber
