My boiler is under pressure, and I want to install a capacitive level gauge; I’m not sure about its accuracy. I would also appreciate some advice from everyone. .
Brothers, what do you use to measure the gas pressure and liquid level? .
Currently, relatively reliable dual-chamber balanced vessel level gauges are commonly used for measuring the liquid level in boiler drum tanks.
Intelligent capacitive level gauges are expensive but offer stable performance.
What size is the boiler? Residual heat? Low pressure? Medium voltage? High pressure? Critical? Supercritical? Ultra-supercritical? Temperature? However, no matter the size of the boiler, the most classic configuration consists of a balance vessel + electric contacts + local glass panel

We used Kopst as well; it all broke down after more than 5 years, and now everything has been replaced with new units. I don’t know either what the normal service life is.
The Koppert capacitor uses ceramic sleeves inside; no problems will arise if the boiler operates continuously without stopping. However, if it is shut down in winter, the water in the capacitor’s level gauge must be drained, otherwise the ceramic components inside will freeze and crack, causing the level gauge to become damaged
The Beijing Kepuosite capacitive level gauges are the most expensive; it is said that they perform best in high-temperature and high-pressure environments. Other manufacturers also offer such gauges, but at much more affordable prices.
