Problems with the connection between pressure gauges and pressure transmitters

According to the HG/T21581-2012 standard, socket weld reducer fittings are used for connecting pressure gauges, while socket weld straight-through welding terminal fittings are used for pressure transmitters. Why aren’t the same types of fittings or connectors used for these similar components? Is there any explanation for this?
21581 is originally a recommendation; it was probably compiled by people from the Luoyang Institute. It seems to reflect their design conventions at that time. For one of the devices I designed, both connections with a DN20 diameter used single-sleeve reducing fittings, and either option worked fine. Which two diagrams are you referring to? Can we compare them?
Connect the pressure gauge to the pressure transmitter; some design agencies use socket-welded reducing splices, while others use socket-welded straight-through welding terminals. Some even use both types. I wonder why there is no uniformity in the design guidelines.

I don’t see anything different about this position.
A standard is not necessarily correct, let alone a recommended one...
