I would like to ask whether this testing reagent is prepared by oneself or is available commercially. This is the first time I have encountered such a request from a user, and I lack experience in this area; please offer your guidance. I searched online and found the following document: Fludioxonil test. 1. The method for preparing the Fludioxonil test is as follows: 1.1 Dissolve 272 g of sodium acetate dihydrate (CH3COONa·H2O) in 500 ml of distilled water, add 240 ml of glacial acetic acid, and then dilute to 1000 ml with distilled water. 1.2 Dissolve 3.5 g of ammonium acid salt (NH4OHHCl) in 350 ml of distilled water. 1.3 Dissolve 2.5 g of the 1:10 phthalocyanine hydrate in about 200 ml of distilled water and dilute to 300 ml. 1.4 Mix the above solutions to obtain 1650 ml of a mixture; this mixture is very stable and can be stored in sealed bottles for 2–3 months. 2. Testing method: Use filter paper to absorb the solution and apply it to glass, then place it in the environment to be tested at multiple locations (at least 20 points), making sure the filter paper is in close contact with the glass. If the surface is contaminated, the filter paper turns orange-red. 3. Test results: After being left for about 8 hours, if only one or two test strips change color (indicating contamination by iron), it means that the environment in this area is suitable for welding and assembling special metal equipment. If more than two test strips become contaminated, further cleaning of this environment is necessary. The required test results must be achieved before welding. Each test strip should be kept for reference.
