Should a fire alarm system be installed in the factory control room?

I have a question for everyone. We are a chemical plant, with personnel in the control room 24 hours a day. After checking the relevant standards, I couldn’t find any clear indications as to whether it is necessary to install fire alarm systems. I would like to ask if there are any requirements regarding whether such systems should be installed or not.
It needs to be set up, and the alarms from the device should also be routed to the control room, as there is someone on duty 24/7 to detect them easily.
Could you tell me which standard states that? I couldn’t find any information on this one
Basis: GB 50116 - 2013 Code for Design of Automatic Fire Alarm Systems. 3.2.2 The design of a zone alarm system shall comply with the following provisions: 1 The system shall consist of fire detectors, manual fire alarm buttons, fire sound and light alarms, and fire alarm controllers; it may also include a graphic display device in the fire control room as well as zone displays indicating the floors. 2 The fire alarm controller should be installed in a location where there is someone on duty. We also experienced a false alarm during the setup process; there were flies in the control room, so insecticide was sprayed, and accidentally it got on the sensor. This caused an alarm in the middle of the night, and the factory’s fire team was ready to come over. Fortunately, we were able to get in touch in time and cancel the false alarm~~~
The control room must be equipped with fire safety measures, and employees must complete fire emergency training and pass it before they can take up their posts. The control room is crucial for the overall safety of the production area.

GB 50116 - 2013 Code for Design of Automatic Fire Alarm Systems, Article 6.3.1: Each fire compartment shall be equipped with at least one manual fire alarm button. The walking distance from any location within a fire compartment to the nearest manual fire alarm button should not exceed 30 m. Manual fire alarm buttons should be installed in evacuation passages or at exits.
