Seeking experience in preparing for the Certified Safety Engineer exam
This exam is of no use at all; it just stays in the drawer
Really? In petrochemical companies, don’t safety inspections require a certain number of registered safety engineers?
I work at Shandong Dongming Petrochemical Group; we really need it here
I work at Dongming Petrochemical too. I heard today that there’s such a safety specialist certificate; I’m not sure if it’s useful or not, nor how difficult it is to obtain
Check if your workplace has any needs; this certificate is relatively easier to obtain, so there are more people who hold it
Focus on reading books, do more practice problems and mock tests. I spent 2 hours in the morning and 4 hours at night studying intensively for 2 months, and passed all 4 subjects
It’s not clear how useful it will be in the future, but the latest **reforms regarding work safety mention the need to improve the system for certified safety engineers. Read more review materials, and more importantly, do more practice problems – there is no other good way.
