Seeking advice on material replacement for sphere tanks

There are currently 2 spherical tanks: one contains Zeng C5 and the other contains Zeng C4. The gas phase inside these tanks is very complex, containing both propane and olefins. There is also some residue at the bottom of the tanks, and it’s only possible to reduce the pressure in them by half using a compressor. It is now planned to replace the contents of these two tanks with new material, and the requirements for this new material are very strict – it must not contain any olefins. How can I clean the tank as thoroughly as possible? Please advise!
Fill with water, press with water. (Water added from the bottom, pressure released from the top, until full)
If the requirement for moisture is not high, the method on the 2nd floor is faster； If high requirements are placed on water and oxygen content, nitrogen is used for displacement; the system is filled with nitrogen to positive pressure, left to stand, and then evacuated ； Over and over again.
Maximum replacement – steaming, boiling, and alkali washing are all performed
