Must construction, cleaning, and maintenance work in the factory always be supervised by operators?
One supervisor shall be assigned by the unit to which the device belongs, and another by the construction unit. It’s not just operators and workshop technicians; supervisors are also fine
This post was last edited by Watcher Star on 2015-7-13 at 15:51 – it needs to be operated under supervision! When carrying out construction or maintenance work in an area for which someone is responsible, the person in charge of that area should assign someone to oversee the work!
Are all of you operators employees from your own company? Anyway, someone must provide supervision
It depends on the situation; sometimes it’s the operator, sometimes it’s the person who assists with maintenance, sometimes it might be the section chief, and sometimes it’s a technical specialist. . .
It’s not necessarily the case; it depends on the internal regulations. However, the person in charge of supervision must know how to carry out that supervision and be able to respond promptly in case of an emergency. Simply assigning someone to do the supervision isn’t enough – such supervision would be merely nominal.
It should be supervised by the operator at the relevant post

Agreed; when performing hot work in the plant area, there must always be an operator responsible for that area on site.
