Solutions for uneven humidification in a dual-axis humidifying mixer?
Thread Content
Used for wetting fly ash.
Material flow issues and uneven stirring due to improper operation are the most common faults in dust humidifying mixers. Once the dust humidifying mixer experiences poor operation and uneven mixing, the humidification and mixing of the material will also be uneven. A vibration device can be installed outside the housing; by using this vibration device to generate vibrations, the cylinder undergoes high-frequency oscillations during operation, ensuring that a certain gap is maintained between the cylinder wall and the mixing shaft. This significantly reduces the operational resistance of the machine, completely eliminates problems such as stalling or jamming, shortens the time required for shutdown and cleaning, and improves work efficiency. An observation hole is provided on the housing of the dust humidifying mixer. In the event of blockages or abnormalities, it facilitates observing the condition inside the housing, thus making maintenance and repair easier. The various technical parameters of the dust humidifying mixer should be selected carefully; the humidifying distance covered by the impeller must be sufficient, and the rotation speed of the dust humidifying mixer should not be too high. Strictly follow the operating procedures to ensure start-up without load and shutdown with no load ; Ensure continuous and uniform feeding. Enlarge the discharge outlet or extend the end of the material trough to address issues such as poor discharge or insufficient time for discharge. At the same time, a short section of blades with a reverse rotation direction can also be installed at the end of the discharge trough to prevent blockage at that end.
Replace the nozzles, adjust the water supply volume for each pipeline according to actual conditions, or add new nozzle pipelines
