A flexible sealing device is installed at the front end of the focus guide grid to seal the gap between the focus guide grid and the furnace door frame on the fuel side. At the same time, a sealing device is installed on the guide grid, on the furnace columns on the coke side of the coke oven; this way, even if smoke escapes, it is contained at the location of the guide grid. During the coke extraction process, the smoke is removed as the dust removal fan is activated. Currently, almost all coke car stoppers in China are equipped with this device. You can refer to it.
