Please provide a class monitor’s work report

I work at a refinery as an instrument supervisor. The company requires me to prepare a performance report, and due to my limited skills, I’m asking for help from experts. The content should be of a higher quality, easy to understand, but not too generic – there are already tons of such articles available online, and it would be bad to write something similar. Please help!!!
I don’t want to write something similar to what I’ve already written. A competent instrument team leader must be highly skilled. It’s mainly a matter of attitude.
It’s better to write such reports by oneself to avoid any issues
