What do you mean by a blockage? What is blocking it? Was it brought in to go? Is it still produced by a reaction? Is it a design flaw in the filter itself? It needs to be analyzed in detail.
First, check what is clogging the filter – its hardness and size. Secondly, discuss the specific requirements for the pump with the equipment specialists. In many cases, the mesh size of the filter selected in the design is too conservative; if the hardness of the solid particles in the wastewater is not high, it is possible to consider reducing the mesh size of the filter accordingly.
If the blockage duration far exceeds the design value, identify the cause and resolve it at its root. If the filter clogging time is within the normal range, simply replace the filter element. Or optimize water filtration quality.
If the precision filter gets clogged frequently, it indicates that the precision control is too high, there is a high level of impurities, and the filtering area is small, resulting in a low capacity to remove contaminants. To maintain accuracy, increase the filtering area of the filter by adding preprocessing steps or replacing the filter; depending on the required accuracy level, an automatically self-cleaning filter can be considered
