Smoke coming from the flap shaft head

The flapper shaft head smokes; usually, we remove the screws, replace the packing (graphite), and then fill it with grease, but the problem tends to recur easily. Is there a better way? Please give me some advice.
The shaft end seal can be redesigned to be a closed type, with an oil filling hole at the top; regular oiling for maintenance can prevent smoking at the end. For the sealing at the flip plate lever end, new high-temperature resistant sealing materials can be used, along with regular oiling and frequent maintenance.

Actually, butter fiber roots are the best option – they have a low cost and are easy to replace. It should be replaced at least every two to three years. The short usage time is due to an incorrect replacement method or problems with the shaft or sleeve.
