Methods for dealing with damaged linings

If welding is feasible, a turtle-shell mesh can be welded in the hot spots and filled with heat-insulating and wear-resistant lining castable; thereafter, pre-made steel plates tailored to the shape of the site can be welded in those areas to enclose them, allowing the construction area to be expanded slightly. I handled a similar situation like this once; you guys should discuss it on site.
