During the reconfiguration of the UOP process, oil was detected when some dust was being regenerated. Everyone, please analyze what the reasons for this are~:'(

I see, the dust is oily; did the regenerator not reach its burning temperature? Why didn’t the online nitrogen analysis trigger a logical interlock shutdown? If it is as described by the poster, it is necessary to check whether the pressure difference between the bottom of the four reactors and the deactivation lifters is accurate, and make appropriate adjustments as needed. Also, check whether the flow rate and temperature readings of the backflow hydrogen gas at the catalyst collector at the bottom of the four reactors are accurate. Furthermore, verify that the nitrogen line dedicated to the CCR system has not been contaminated with oil. Your nitrogen analyzer has also been calibrated!
