Questions regarding fan air pressure and speed

I would like to ask fellow sailors: I have a fan with a total pressure of 8500 Pa. Its rotation speed during normal operation is 1120 r/min, with a remaining capacity of around 210 r/min. Can the remaining head capacity of the fan be calculated proportionally?
How is that calculated? Or is there any basis for it?
You need to determine the operating point of your fan on its performance curve; by doing this calculation, you are only finding out what the pressure of the fan will be after speed adjustment, not the margin of safety. The margin of safety needs to be determined using the fan’s curve
