What are the 3 wiring methods for intelligent valve positioners?

The answer in the book says there are 3 types; I know the most common two-wire connection method, but what are the other 2? Please let me know, thank you.
I don’t know either, three-wire system? Four-wire system?
4-wire system (2 wires for control signals, 2 wires for valve position feedback)； The communication signals used for two-wire transmission can carry multiple signals such as control signals and valve position feedback ；
How to connect a valve positioner? Two-wire and four-wire, are there any others? Two wires are the common type, while four wires indicate a version with feedback.
