Do all compressed gas cylinders come equipped with a safety valve? I only saw pressure gauges on the gas cylinders; I didn’t see any safety valves. Are they very small?
Yes, it’s too small; look carefully – it’s the area with the tiny hole.

Pressure gauges are not included; it seems that gas cylinders rented or purchased do not come with pressure gauges either
