Do the owners of compressor pipes and steam pipeline supports and hangers need the design institute to provide calculation documents for review?
Does the owner have the ability to review it? Generally, it shouldn’t be necessary.
No calculation documents have ever been provided; the owner doesn’t have the capability to carry out the calculations – how can a review be done?
