Which specialty is responsible for tracking the primary valves of instruments?

Currently, in our unit, it is standard practice for the instrumentation team to handle the statistics related to the materials used for fastening the primary valves and gaskets of instruments. Some hospitals are provided by pipeline specialists; everyone can talk about the advantages and disadvantages of these two approaches.
What is a one-way valve? :o
It’s better to stick with the instrumentation field, as the technical interface specifications for instrumentation differ from those of pipelines, which can lead to mismatches. Here, the design is handled by the instrumentation team; the instrumentation installation team is responsible for obtaining the materials, and then the piping team carries out the installation (involving drilling holes and welding on the process pipelines).
Currently, the instrumentation team sets the requirements, while the piping team handles the material cutting. Instrumentation-related items are quite troublesome – there are socket weld, flange, and threaded types, as well as those with large or small outer diameters, and versions that comply with European or American standards; it’s really annoying. Moreover, instruments are usually made of stainless steel, and it’s also necessary to pay attention to the separation points, which is quite troublesome. I would prefer to have a direct interface, so that the material meters can be provided by themselves, and people can connect them however they want.
We are currently in the design institute; the instrumentation department is setting the requirements, and the piping team is preparing the drawings； It turns out that instrumentation is provided by design institutes. I think it’s better to use gauges, because the conditions indicated by them are provided quite late
By looking at the installation diagram provided with the instruments, it’s clear which instruments are dry and which pipes are dry~

The division of responsibilities is clear: the primary valves are the responsibility of the piping department.

Since there is a primary valve shown in the piping diagram, the software can automatically count the valves and materials. However, as no instruments are shown after the primary valve, the software only counts the primary valve; therefore, the materials have to be counted by the instrumentation team.
According to the standard atlas of installation drawings, they are all from the process engineering field.
