Chapter 4: Equipment Requirements and Technical SpecificationsAt present, only Jiangsu Jiangtao produces such equipment. In order to expand its supply channels, the company is now seeking suppliers for this type of equipment from the general public. I. Technical parameters of flue gas coolers
1. Purpose of the equipment: Used to handle the high-temperature flue gas generated during the production process in melting furnaces. 2. Technical parameters: 1) Ash composition (%): Pb, Zn, Cu, Fe, SiO2, CaO, S, MgO, As, Sb, Bi, Others – 20.69, 1, 15.94, 4.52, 1.24, 0.17, 8.17, 0.69, 12.03, 0.26, 2.24, 33.05. 2) Flue gas composition (V%): SO2, SO3, CO2, O2, N2, H2O – 15.98, 1, 2.16, 10.73, 54.59, 16.38. 3) Inlet temperature of the flue gas cooler: 500±20°C. 4) Outlet temperature of the flue gas cooler: 380±20°C. 5) Dust content at the inlet: 30 g/Nm³. 6) Volume of flue gas at standard conditions at the inlet: 80,000 Nm³/h. 8) Air leakage rate of the equipment: ≤2%. 3. Supply requirements: 1) Forced air cooling shall be used; the axial flow fans shall be equipped with variable frequency speed control, and the motors shall be variable frequency motors ; 2) The ash hopper is equipped with a vibration motor and a star-type ash discharge valve; the dimensions of the ash discharge opening in the hopper as well as its height above the ground level will be determined through consultation with the owner after the contract is signed ; 3) Dust removal method: Mechanical dust removal ; 4) Cooling element: Material 316L ; The cooling element is required to be replaceable ; 5) The supplier shall provide the following technical documents: overall equipment diagram (which should include the external shape of the equipment, main technical specifications, power consumption of attached accessories, equipment weight, static and dynamic loads on various parts of the equipment, interface dimensions, etc.), equipment schematic diagram, and control cabinet schematic diagram. Paper and electronic versions are both provided ; 6) The plate-type flue gas cooler is installed outdoors; moving parts and electrical control components must be rainproof ; 7) The working system is 330 days per year, 24 hours per day ; 8) Electrical control section: ① The PLC control system uses the Siemens S7-200 series; it is required to have functions for setting alarms for pressure differences and temperature levels, as well as alarms for inverter failures and dust cleaning motor failures ; Assume two control modes: manual and automatic ; After sampling the pressure difference signal, the PLC outputs a 4-20mA signal for display by the DCS. The thermometer uses dual thermocouples, and the frequency converter can be adjusted either on-site or remotely; it features signal feedback, with fault operation signals being transmitted to the DCS system via hard wiring ; ② Switches, contactors, and relays are products of ABB, Siemens, and Omron brands ; ③Intelligent digital meters are installed on the electrical control input side for the Dandong Huatong PDM-803AC series of products ; The motors of the star-type ash discharge valve and the ash cleaning motor are controlled by motor protectors; they belong to the Dandong Huatong PDM-MR series and are equipped with a Chinese-language LCD display. The vibrator motor is protected by a thermal relay ; ④The axial flow fan is controlled using frequency conversion; the frequency converter must be from Siemens’ G120 series, and the motor is a Siemens motor ; ⑤The power cables are of the VV type, while the control cables are of the KVV type. In areas where interference exists or for connections to instruments, KVVP type cables are used. For environments with corrosion or high temperatures, special fluoroplastic cables are employed. The wires are of the BVR type as per national standards (installed in different colors). All installations are carried out by way of cable tray routing or concealed piping ; ⑥The installation scope involves Party A providing Party B with a three-phase five-wire power supply up to the main power connection point provided by Party B. Party B is responsible for the power distribution cabinet it provides, as well as all materials and installation work related to it. The cables connected to the machine itself are installed using trays or pipes, while the cables running from the machine to the power distribution cabinet are also installed using trays or pipes in a concealed manner ; ⑦The motor reducer is of a split-type design, connected via flanges, which facilitates disassembly and maintenance ; ⑧The motor equipped with the device is of the Y3 series ; 4. Site conditions: Location of use: Jiyuan City, Henan Province; Altitude: 238 m; Wet-bulb temperature: 28.5°C; Annual average temperature: 14.1°C℃ ; Extreme maximum temperature: 43.4℃ ; Extreme minimum temperature: -20°C. Annual average air pressure: 99.97 kPa. II. Scope of supply and services: 1) Flue gas cooler body: includes inlet, outlet, mixed-flow fan, ash hopper, ash hopper vibration motor, ladder, star-type ash discharge valve, ash cleaning mechanism, railing, and platform. 2) Testing instruments required for the inspection of electrical control cabinets and coolers ; Import/Export settings with differential pressure transmitter ; Two sets of thermocouples ; 3) Equipped with inlet and outlet mating flanges and their connection fasteners ; 4) Insulation should be provided for the cabinets and ash hoppers in the equipment, and insulation should also be installed above the star-type ash discharge valves ; The top part does not provide insulation, but safety guardrails need to be installed and the thermocouple channels must be replaced ; 5) Cables and conduit (hot-dip galvanized) (only including the section from the field control cabinet to the field equipment). III. Requirements for other components: 1. Material requirements: The upper box, dust cleaning mechanism, lower box, ash hopper, ladder, operation platform, and railings shall be made of carbon steel Q235, with the thickness of the steel plates being no less than 6 mm. 2. Corrosion prevention and protection: The railings and ladders of the equipment must be considered starting from the roof where it is installed, and their design and construction must be carried out in strict accordance with the standards specified in GB4053-2009 \"Safety Requirements for Fixed Steel Ladders and Platforms\" (where the posts and handrails of the railings are made of Ф42×4 steel pipes). Strict requirements for rust removal of steel components: The rust removal must meet the Sa2 level specified in standard GB8923—88 \"Grade of surface preparation and cleaning of steel before painting\", and the owner will supervise the rust removal process on-site. The inner surfaces of the equipment are coated with a silver-pink epoxy silicone high-temperature resistant paint that has a base coat and two top coats, offering resistance to temperatures of 600°C as well as to corrosion caused by sulfur dioxide, sulfur trioxide, and dilute acids. The outer surface of the dust collector (including platforms, railings, stairs, columns, etc.) is coated with silver-pink interpenetrating network paint, applied in two coats with a primer between them. The railings and ladders are painted in a warning color of yellow and black ; 3. Signs and markings: The cooling unit, fans, and inlets/outlets should be marked with painted colors, while warning signs should be installed in high-temperature areas and hazardous zones ; 4. Silo wall vibrator----Xinxiang Weimeng ; Differential pressure transmitter (EJA, Brown protocol) ---- CHUANYI. 5. Insulation material: aluminum silicate needle-punched fabric; protective layer: colored steel sheeting ; 6. Two lighting fixtures are installed on-site: one for illuminating the control cabinet and the other for inspection purposes. The lighting covers only the area around the equipment; there is 1 maintenance box available on-site ; 7. The on-site control cabinet shall be made of steel with powder coating and equipped with a rain shelter ; IV. Supply and installation timeline: The supplier must specify the shortest possible supply and installation timeline that can be guaranteed. V. Spare parts and special tools: 1. The supplier shall, based on the conditions of the equipment, provide a list of spare parts required for its operation over a period of two years. The list includes the names of spare items and parts, their specifications and parameters, quantities, and unit prices. This list is provided together with the tender documents (i.e., it is included in the bid documents). 2. Parts that are damaged during the debugging and warranty period shall be provided free of charge by the supplier. 3. Provide the accessories necessary for the operation of the equipment, as well as specialized tools for installation and maintenance.
