I’m not sure; here’s my personal understanding: They are part of the official forces, considered the core troops, like members of the same family – there’s a direct connection among them, and everyone benefits from it; they will give you a share as well； Under a contractual arrangement, it’s like being part of a related unit, or family members – but still at a distance. If there’s a divorce or conflicts arise, who gives a damn who you are?
The compensation depends on the region; it’s better in the south than in the north. In Jiangsu, one can earn over 100,000 yuan per year, while in Shandong the amount is around 60,000 to 70,000 yuan per year. This job is not easy – it requires climbing and working at heights, and it comes with a lot of responsibilities
Well, it’s a lucrative position – no need to ask. It’s different when there’s no permanent position; it’s a contract job, temporary work
Check whether it’s at the provincial level or at the city/county level; it’s best if there’s a formal position available, dear.
The benefits are great; it’s highly competitive to get a position there. Find connections to get in, preferably through a formal position! ! :lol
