Seeking assistance with the inspection of pressure vessels

One of the machines in our factory has a design pressure of over 0.1 MPa, but the actual operating pressure is much lower than 0.1 MPa. Previously, the inspection of pressure vessels was carried out based on the design pressure, but when determining whether a device constitutes a pressure vessel in accordance with the Pressure Vessel Regulations, the operating pressure is used as a reference. May I ask if we can remove this equipment from the list of pressure vessels, so that it no longer requires regular inspections?
It has to be based on the completion documents of this equipment; it can’t be changed arbitrarily...
If it is determined that the maximum operating pressure cannot reach 0.1 MPa, an application can be submitted to the original registration authority for cancellation

The maximum operating pressure of less than 0.1 Mpa is not subject to regulatory controls, so it should be fine
The scope of application of pressure vessel regulations applies first and foremost to devices with a working pressure of 0.1 Mpa or higher; your device certainly does not qualify as a pressure vessel
