Crystallization at the lean liquid line

I was performing maintenance on my regeneration unit and noticed crystallization in the lean liquid line. Why does crystallization occur? Please advise, experts – extra points for helpful answers
Is it a solvent regeneration unit? Are they shiny crystals?

It should be that the acidic gas contains ammonia, which forms ammonium salts and leads to dripping
The relationship between crystallization at the lean liquid line and ammonium salts in the acidic gas stream isn’t that significant, right?
I mean, the liquid-rich flash evaporation is substandard
