What materials are needed to obtain a certificate?

I also took the exam this year. Below are the instructions for those who took the exam in 2014; items numbered 2 and 3 likely refer to the documents required for the professional examination. If you passed the 2014 Certified Chemical Engineer Examination in Beijing, please bring this certificate along with the following documents in order to obtain your certificate of passing the basic examination/your professional qualification certificate as well as the examination registration form: 1. To get the certificate of passing the basic examination, you must bring your original ID card or driver’s license. 2. To obtain the professional qualification certificate, one must bring their own ID card (or driver’s license), a graduation certificate and degree certificate that meet the application requirements, as well as an Examination Application Form that has been reviewed and stamped by the personnel (cadre) department of one’s employer (all of these documents must be in original form) ； Issue a social security payment statement. 3. Those marked as “no basic score” in the “Remarks” section must, in addition to the required documents, also submit the original and a copy of the ‘Certificate of Passing the Basic Exam’ (except for those exempt from the basic exam). 4. If collected by someone else, the collector must present the original and a copy of both the collector’s and the person whose items are being collected identity cards (both copies should be made on the back of the receipt form), along with a signed statement from the person whose items are being collected authorizing the collection. 5. Those who have not collected their certificates by the designated deadline can log in to the \"Certificate Inquiry\" section on the Personnel Examinations page of the Beijing Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau’s website to check information regarding the collection of certificates that were not picked up on time. 6.
