It must be related to the diameter, the type of check valve, and the installation method; for example, in the case of swing check valves installed in vertical pipes, the pressure difference also takes into account the gravity of the valve disc. As for the specific value of 1000 Pa, it is likely only the technicians at the valve manufacturing factory who can determine it.
Fluorinated valves must not be exposed to negative pressure. I don’t understand what you mean by the operating pressure difference being less than 1000 Pa: lol
The opening pressure difference and the diameter, type, and installation direction of the check valve are related to each other. The Y-type spherical fluoroplastic-lined check valve from Xomox is recommended; under normal conditions, the opening pressure difference is within 700 Pa.
It just needs to be able to shut off when there is no pressure, and turn on when the pressure reaches 1000 Pa
