Our company is a manufacturer of explosion-proof motors, and we are now in need of a processing equipment with three work stations: one station for turning the end faces and internal holes, one station for milling the flat surfaces where wires emerge, and one station for drilling and tapping. The equipment should be capable of automatic material feeding, automatic clamping, automatic positioning, automatic rotation of the workpiece, automatic detection to prompt tool replacement, automatic removal of metal shavings via air blowing, automatic supply of coolant, CCD-based inspection of the finished product dimensions, and rejection of defective items. The equipment operates in a closed area, ensuring stable performance and easy maintenance. The control interface is user-friendly. As a manufacturer of explosion-proof motors, our company seeks to reduce costs by obtaining an automated device that can combine the winding and pressing processes into one step. The copper wires should be able to be wound directly from the reels provided by suppliers onto the slots in the stator core, with proper tightening. The winding time should be less than two-thirds of the total time required for the two separate processes previously used. The size of the wire ends should be as small as possible without damaging the copper wires, and it must also be smaller than the dimensions of the finished products produced using the current methods for this motor model. The winding method and specifications should be adjustable. The equipment must be reliable and error-free, with a closed working area to prevent dust and foreign objects from entering. The operation interface should be simple and easy to understand, requiring no high level of education to operate it.
