Has anyone compared the blind flange standards SH3425 and HG21547?

We usually use the blind flange standard HG21547-1993, but for this project the design institute selected SH3425-2011. When searching for information on 900LB RJ 8-shaped blind flanges, it was found that SH3425-2011 distinguishes between MRJ and FRJ types. The dimensions specified in this standard do not indicate the location where gaskets should be placed (in HG21547-1993, the dimension code is P; it seems that no distinction is made between MRJ and FRJ either – it is assumed that only FRJ exists) ), is there anyone who is familiar with both of these standards and can help explain them? Is it fully universal?
Currently, HG12547 has been updated to the 2016 version, and it is now divided into two categories: Type 1 and Type 2
