The sensor, gauge, and wires have all been replaced; everything else is fine
Normal operation is sometimes normal and at other times there is no traffic; it works fine again after a power outage. Please help
The plates in the table header are new, taken from elsewhere; how to zero the flow meter?
It still has this problem even after replacing them; I guess it might be caused by interference, so I’ll check the shielding and grounding...
Fluctuations in flow occur after the ground connection is removed
There are fluctuations; in my opinion, grounding has an impact on traffic volume, so it’s possible to measure the grounding resistance to check this； Also, rule out any interference in the surrounding area; check whether the power supply is stable and whether it is on the same circuit as large electrical devices, as these factors can affect the operation of the flow meter.
Use the substitution method: try another good one to see if the same issue persists. If it does, there is vibration in the external environment, or the grounding and shielding are not properly implemented
