There are various specifications available, and the total length amounts to dozens of kilometers. What measures can be taken to prevent the pipes from rolling?
Use waste pipe materials to construct the steel frame; arrange the pipes according to the specifications, which makes it convenient to use and also results in a neat and safe appearance
Do not stack it too high; use a few vertical inverted T-shaped supports to hold it in place (so that the weight is concentrated at the bottom), or avoid placing it on a smooth surface
Is it acceptable to stack pipes in this way? 1. The construction site should be tidy and clean, with all equipment, materials, and waste stored in designated areas. The stacking of various pipes shall meet the following requirements: 1) For pipes with a nominal diameter of 300 mm or less, the stacking height shall not exceed 1 m ; 2) For pipes with a nominal diameter of 300–500 mm, the stacking height shall not exceed 3 layers ; 3) Pipes with a nominal diameter greater than 500 mm shall be stacked in a single layer ; 4) When removing the tubes, they should be taken layer by layer from top to bottom. It is strictly prohibited to remove the tube from the side or below. 2. Do not work, pass by, or stay under the lifted object; maintain a certain safe distance from the moving machinery.
