There are two main fans, one in operation and one as a backup. Once the main fan stopped working, the backup fan was switched on; however, it stopped working shortly after that. Then the main fan was turned on again. What was the result? The electric outlet valve wouldn’t open after an hour; the electric actuator was also removed, and we plan to use an extended valve wrench. I arrived at the site and learned a bit about the situation. A few minutes later, I said that it wasn’t necessary to use an extended valve wrench; simply lifting the weight attached to the one-way valve in front of the electric valve would do. And indeed, the outlet electric valve opened that way. May I ask, what is the reason for this?

The electric valve and the check valve are in series in the air circuit, right? Is it related to the weight of the check valve lifting upward that determines whether the electric valve opens or fails to open? If there are problems with the valve head, motor, wiring, or controller of the electric valve, it can be operated manually. It’s best to upload a picture.
It is possible that the check valve with a weight in front of the electric valve has a protective locking function.
Could it be the manual/automatic switch for the electric valve? That is, switch to using a motorized switch or switch to manually turning the valve handle
Is it a plate-type solenoid valve or a three-way type?
If the check valve and the electric valve are two separate components: consider the reasons for interlocking. If it is integrated, it is determined by the structure. I need to check the drawings.
