Spray absorption pump pressure

The pressure gauge at the outlet of the spray pump reads around 0.25 MP under normal operation. Today, the agitator in the wastewater tank was turned on for a while (lime slurry was added to the wastewater tank to adjust its pH), and it was observed that no water flowed out from the outlet of the spray tower; the pump was restarted afterward. Water is flowing down from the spray tower, but the volume of water is very low. The pressure gauge at the pump’s outlet fluctuates between 0.2 and 0.3; could it be that the outlet of the pump is blocked, or is there a problem with the pump’s check valve, perhaps something like lime slurry is blocking it?
While you are stirring, the pump’s inlet gets clogged; this phenomenon is known as cavitation. Stop stirring and let it settle for a while.
Is there a filter at the bottom of the inhalation tube? It might be blocked
It’s likely that the bottom valve of the pump is stuck, causing unstable flow
