The MMA prepolymerization tank uses circulating water, and due to the poor quality of this water, the heat exchange efficiency is very low. Is there any solution? It can be preliminarily determined that there is blockage inside the tank; each time water needs to be drained, it is necessary to use an air blower to clean it before the water can be drained.
It must be scaled up; perform a chemical cleaning. If the water hardness is high, consider installing a circulation pump as a solution – turning on the circulation pump when the load is low can yield good results
