Everyone is fairly satisfied with the scoring given by the moderators; the ratings are provided in a timely manner (please continue like this). However, it is necessary to assign scores based on the quality of the posts, which requires us moderators to read the posts carefully and manage them thoughtfully. 2. Suggestions for the moderators: A. Post a thread after each question is completed every Monday. B. Regarding the technical questions raised by users, especially those that are relatively tricky and for which no responses are given, the moderators regularly provide guidance and support, and bring in relevant professional technical experts to discuss the issues in order to give users a satisfactory answer. C. Regularly organize technical discussants and actively involved forum experts to provide centralized answers to questions. D. Regularly organize some short quizzes or tests in this version (suitable for new members who have just started working and are getting to know the professional knowledge). E. Guide everyone to post in a proper manner. 3. Regarding members’ opinions or suggestions: A. Those seeking help should be able to describe their problems more clearly and in detail, while those providing answers should give more specific responses along with the theoretical basis. B. Actively participate in rating one’s own request posts and in organizing the posts after receiving satisfactory answers. 4. Therefore, when reviewing posts, it’s important to be thorough and to give selective ratings to different posts, taking into account their varying levels of quality and the different perspectives presented. This is a way of showing respect for those who participate, and it also reflects the value of our own work (although the forum and any associated rewards are virtual, the exchange of knowledge is real, and the responsibility that comes with participation is genuine). ) Haoyouhui sees your genuine efforts. Here are some small suggestions for those who participate in Haiyou. Haichuan is a large stage, with both beginners and those with advanced skills. It may not be true that all who gather here are scholars, but it’s certainly true that no one unskilled comes here. I’d like to say a few words as well. I am extremely grateful for the moderators’ ratings and their help in answering difficult questions for us newcomers. As a newcomer, I have just two suggestions: I recommend that moderators organize question-answer sessions, using questions from past exams or selecting them from various discussion posts. I think it’s better to have 3 to 5 questions in total, with answers provided in formats such as true/false, multiple choice, fill-in-the-blank, or short answers. This way, moderators can assign scores based on the accuracy of the answers or on the meaningful discussions that arise from them. This not only promotes the development of the forum but also helps us newcomers acquire new knowledge. As for whether there should be one question per day or three questions per week, that should be decided by the moderators (the leaders), haha. I hope Haichuan will continue to grow stronger! Reply to 7# Douwan: Thank you for your participation. The forum needs to be built together by everyone; it’s only natural for the moderators to work there and serve the users – no thanks are needed! We will consider adopting your suggestion. In the past, other users have also shared something similar to test questions, but those usually included the entire set of questions, which might be a bit difficult for beginners to handle. Your idea is great; in future editions, we can consider selecting some questions selectively for testing, focusing on quality over quantity and progressing step by step. As for the daily question issue, I also asked the boss about it, because the daily questions in some sections have lost their original purpose; the ones related to container boards were discontinued a long time ago. Whether to continue this in the future will be decided after confirmation by the section leader!

Initially, we considered holding an activity where people could submit drawings with errors in them so that others could identify those mistakes and suggest correct corrections, thereby improving everyone’s skills in this area; however, this idea was not put into practice due to various reasons.
1. I am very satisfied with the ratings given to the moderators; they always respond to messages. 2. I have some ideas regarding your weekly topics: each time a new topic is introduced, the previous one remains there without any summary. One day, if the entire page were filled with weekly topics, it would make for a really nice sight. 3. Regarding Haiyou’s suggestions, it is hoped that those seeking help can express their problems more clearly and in detail, while those providing answers should give more specific responses along with the theoretical basis for them. 4. I hope to organize regular sessions where your experts and technical discussants can gather to answer questions.
Being a moderator isn’t easy either; one has to find time to read posts and give ratings every day at work. But our container team definitely won’t let you down
