A ball valve! It’s just that the angle used for taking the photo wasn’t good, so it didn’t capture it completely!

The welding quality is also terrible; it seems that the ball valve is made of stainless steel, and it was welded directly to a carbon steel flange – the quality of this welding is really not impressive. The metal tubes at the outlet can generally be used for sampling purposes.

I think: this valve is a sampling valve; it’s not a ball valve. When it is turned on or off, it doesn’t rotate 90 degrees, but rather several turns. Returning it to the plunger is a more reliable option.
