The pipe diameter issue in GB12459

GB12459 adopts the American standard ANSI B36.10 series for pipe diameters, while the imperial outer diameters most commonly used in pipeline design fall under the ISO4200 series. This results in a mismatch between the dimensions of pipes and fittings. For example, the outer diameter of a DN65 pipe is 76.1, whereas that of elbows and tees is 73. If metric-sized fittings are used, although the outer diameter of 76 is similar to that of imperial pipes, it is clearly unreasonable to use both imperial and metric systems for pipes and fittings. Is there a reasonable solution to this problem?
The same standard should be adopted during design.
But standard pipe fittings with an outer diameter according to ISO4200 cannot be found

The problems were designed by myself, and they weren’t described clearly; if they had been described properly, there would have been no mistakes. If mistakes still occurred, it would be the responsibility of the supplier.
The standards in China are quite chaotic, just like the flange standards. But connectors generally use flanges or welding connections; butt welding or sleeve welding of flanges should not have much impact, right?
Generally, before starting production here, I make sure to clarify all the outer diameters and series, as there are many standards and it’s important not to get them mixed up
