Mechanical V-type control ball valve opening degree

On 7 pipes with the same flow rate and the same medium, 7 identical mechanical V-type control ball valves with a 90° travel range were installed. The DCS sent the same 50% signal to them; some valves rotated 20° while others rotated 45°. Does this situation, in which the same opening degree is set under identical conditions but the angular travel varies, indicate that the valves were not properly calibrated at the time of manufacture?
The V-valves are all set to 90 degrees at the time of manufacture; they are also pressure-tested before leaving the factory. The likelihood of any defects occurring at this stage is extremely low. You can have the control center check whether the control algorithms and parameters are correct
