Many issues arise at the production facility site; perhaps due to design reasons or issues during on-site construction, equipment or pipelines that should be parallel end up intersecting, just like the two circulating water lines shown in the figure below! Everyone can share similar phenomena they have encountered to broaden our horizons!
Why wasn’t it made parallel from the very beginning? It seems from what’s above that it was designed that way first, and then arranged in this format later on
